By accessing or using Thelooma ("the Platform"), operated by Thelooma ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
Thelooma is an AI-powered workspace platform that provides users with AI agents capable of performing tasks including but not limited to: content creation, code generation, email sending, social media posting, document management, calendar scheduling, video generation, and project management. The Platform integrates with third-party services (Google, GitHub, Slack, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram) to extend agent capabilities.
Certain features may be designated as "Beta" or "Experimental." These features are provided as-is, may be modified or discontinued without notice, and carry no service-level guarantees.
To use Thelooma, you must:
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including actions taken by AI agents and any team members you invite to your workspace. The account owner is responsible for ensuring all workspace members comply with these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Thelooma operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may request a refund within 14 days of a subscription purchase if you have not consumed more than 20% of your included tokens. One-time token pack purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been used. To request a refund, contact billing@thelooma.io with your account email and purchase details. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
To report abuse or violations, contact abuse@thelooma.io. We investigate all reports and reserve the right to suspend accounts pending investigation.
Thelooma connects to third-party services via OAuth and API integrations. When you connect a third-party account (e.g., Google, GitHub, Twitter/X, Slack):
Content generated by AI agents on the Platform is provided "as-is." While we strive for accuracy and quality:
AI agents may occasionally take unintended actions due to the nature of language model processing (e.g., misinterpreting instructions, sending messages to wrong recipients). We strongly recommend using confirmation and preview features where available, and reviewing agent actions regularly. Thelooma's liability for unintended agent actions is limited as set forth in Section 12 below.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Platform. Content generated by AI agents at your direction belongs to you, subject to applicable law.
We do not use your content, prompts, conversations, or files to train AI models. Your data is sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) solely for real-time processing of your requests and is subject to their data processing agreements, which prohibit training on customer data.
The Platform itself, including its design, code, branding, and pixel art theme, is the intellectual property of Thelooma. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including AES-256-GCM encryption for stored credentials and tokens. However, no system is completely secure. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, epidemics, government actions, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or outages of third-party services we depend on (such as AI model providers, cloud hosting, or payment processors).
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may initiate legal proceedings in accordance with Section 15 (Governing Law).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thelooma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination:
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 11, any legal proceedings shall be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
